We opened a new office in Columbus, Ohio for between 75 to 100 people. All the way through the process they communicated very well, and as with any job handled any obstacle that came up immediately. Although our relocation was presented with many challenges including the pandemic, out-of-state corporate resources, multiple changes to the recommended guidelines for return-to-work protocols, etc… Chris and Drew were professional and courteous, working tirelessly to provide our satellite office with the very best selections in furniture and design. Our engineering firm gathered competitive bids from several vendors in the Treasure Valley. Workspace Concepts was our "vendor of choice" and we hit the jackpot! Chris at Workspace Concepts delivers with the best prices and exceptional service. He is customer focused , extremely knowledgeable about products, offers design advice and definitely goes the extra mile. Our new modular furniture configuration gained us 14 additional seats to help with our growing staff. We upgraded to standing desks with adjustable heights. The furniture is solid and well built. Products were delivered in a very timely manner. And a special shout out to Brett Mayes with Office Install Quality who assisted with the demolition of our interior spaces and installed the furniture. Superb team! Stellar Results!

I had a relatively small project moving our small but growing Boise office from a co-working space to a dedicated office space. Due to various reasons we had a tight budget and an even tighter timeline. Since this was my first foray into commercial leasing, I did not help matters with last minute changes as well. And yet!!! I can't begin to describe how great it has been working with Chris & Workspace Concepts. This is a fantastic company with a great philosophy on how to treat clients, manage their projects, and leave the customer feeling satisfied. I'm an Operations Manager for an engineering/construction firm in town and we just moved into a brand new space that holds about 70 employees. At the start of this project Chris helped us design our furniture around the space, he saved us money in this process through cost saving ideas, and then he helped us find quality desks, bookcases, and cubicle stations that added a new level of professionalism to our company. Chris and his team worked extra hours when needed to deliver and install everything on time and in most cases even ahead of schedule. I've been the person in charge of managing this project for our company and I must say that Chris and his team made me look really good. He took so many of the headaches away from me, because he has the experience under his belt to plan for things that I never even thought about. Don't bother with the big office furniture companies like OEC or BOI. You'll waste a lot of money that you could have put towards more furniture for your space. When Chris came in to quote a custom glass board and deliver demo chairs, he ended up fixing my brand new desk (purchased and haphazardly installed by another company) and graciously drilling a hole to access power outlets saving me from stringing cords across my office. That kind of service and care, especially considering the desk was purchased elsewhere, is unheard of. Talk about top notch service, personalized high quality products, and budget minded!
